- Is everyone sick of NE wind yet? This week has not been much but just before the bad weather fishing really looked good. The offshore scene was hot with excellent chunking in the canyons. The flounder continue to surprise us this year with flounder reported not only from the rail cars but also inside the Metompkin inlet. The shallows were still are producing good numbers of small specs and rock with a few keepers mixed in. If all these spec make it though the winter we are going to have some grade A flats fishing next year! May be the weather will straighten out soon an we can get back to enjoying great fall fishing!
Stock up on this years soft baits from Bassassin, Gulp, and Storm. Couple them up with premium jig heads from H&H , you’ll be assured success .
Don’t forget to get those blinds grassed up. Fall is almost here.
To help boat those fall trophies, stop in and check out our full line of suspending baits. They’ll do the trick!
The Mitchell crew had a great light tackle day in the deep after stopping by and gearing up with some new star jigging step ups. Great job and thanks for the chance to help out!
The Coastal Killers stumbled on a school of reds last Saturday during the Bay Challenge. They boated 6 monsters including this triple header. Unfortunately there was no coastal killing with all over the slot and going back over alive!
Team Terp had an awesome day at the canyon just before the weather turned. The used light leader to tick these wily trophies into taking the bait.
Here is Capt. Tim with a nice yellowfin. Tims got the offshore bug for sure.
At the ESAC Bay Challenge tourney last week team Eyler came away trophies, door prizes, and most important a great time. Congrats guys!
